Automation

Climate, light, locks and audio in one setup.

Smart thermostats, lighting scenes, door locks, gates and in-room audio. Compatible locks and thermostats can sit on the same Qolsys keypad and app as the alarm.

Living room with a wall control

What is on the system

The pieces, named before they are programmed

Thermostats

A smart thermostat follows the hours the building is open. It can ease back when the alarm is armed and the building is empty, and it can be changed from the Qolsys keypad or the same app.

Lighting

Scenes for open, closed and after hours. A shop floor, a lobby and a house are not left on one switch. The proposal names the rooms, not a vague whole-building package.

Audio

Speakers planned room by room. A retail floor, an office and a living room each get the coverage they need. Volume and source can be separate, so the back room is not stuck with the front.

Door locks

A compatible lock can sit on the alarm. Arm the system and the door locks with it. A code can be added or removed without rekeying, and the status shows on the keypad and the app.

Gates

A driveway or yard gate can follow the same schedule as the door. It opens for the people on the list and stays shut after close.

One setup

Lighting, locks, gates, thermostats and audio are programmed so daily use does not mean five apps. Where a device can live on the alarm, it does.

By property

Programmed for how the building runs

Homes

Thermostat, locks, a few lighting scenes and audio in the rooms you actually use. The alarm can set the lock and ease the temperature when you leave.

Retail stores

Lights and music for open hours, a lock on the staff door, and a thermostat that is not running the same schedule overnight.

Warehouses

Yard and office lighting, a gate on a schedule, and the office thermostat separate from the warehouse floor.

Offices

Lobby and suite lighting, a lock that follows the workday, and audio only in the rooms that need it, such as a boardroom or a reception desk.

What is already on the wall is checked first. A thermostat, a lock or a speaker that is still reliable can stay. The proposal shows what is kept and what is replaced.
